Garlic Herb Chicken Breast

4 Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 tbsp. basil
1/2 tbsp. oregano
1/2 tbsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. crushed red chili flakes
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. avocado oil
1 tsp. sea salt
black pepper to taste

Take 2 cloves of garlic, salt, and crushed red pepper muddle in small mixing bowl. Add 1 tbsp. oil to mixture and continue to muddle until well blended. Massage herbs on chicken and pour mixture over chicken in dish and marinate for up to 2-24 hours.

Season marinated chicken with additional sea salt and pepper. Add 1 tbsp. avocado oil to large pan/skillet. Place chicken in pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook other side for another 5-7 minutes.

Move chicken to the top of the pan and melt 1 tbsp. butter and remaining clove of garlic, once butter is melted, spoon garlic butter to baste over chicken. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes.
