Smoked Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
Dijon Vinaigrette
Instructions

PreheT oven to 400. Cut head of cauliflower into florets and discard stems and leaves.

In medium bowl, add cauliflower, oil, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to coat florets with seasonings. Add lemon juice.

Pour on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 min. Then turn florets over and bake for another 10 min until charring begins.
To make dressing

In small jar or cup, whisk together ingredients until smooth. Drizzle over cauliflower.
